ok. I am going to write in this space because I recognize my name. But…I also recognized my pictures… Maybe I am regressing?
I have enjoyed the practices based around the elements. It makes sense to me. But, how about “breathing to those areas where I feel sensation”. Do you think we are sending oxygen there? Or is it a matter of concentrating and relaxing those places?
Also, I liked the tennis ball to relieve foot stress.
