Yoga is a spiritual as well as physical practice. Meditation is a process of bringing spiritual/inner  focus for our yoga  practice. Then practicing the postures can be a moving prayer or meditation. We can take this off the mat and into our lives living every moment,every breath  as a moving meditation.
