The act of breathing can be a simple at-home step to see if you might want to start practicing yoga.

“Breathing is a big component of yoga, and the more we focus on our breath the more we relax,” said Lisa Schrader, a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church who leads yoga sessions at the church.
