- Things I have learned developing sirsasana there is no sub for open shoulders & strong arms /core. #
- things i've learned in hdstand 2 – engage the arm muscles even underside draw into the midline claw the fingers for stability #
- things i've learned in hndstand 3 shoulders on the back, melt the heart core engaged and lift with the belly of hamstring not foot #
- things i've learned in hndstand 4 press into the earth with ft of bent leg more important to get hip over shoulder than foot up in air #
- things i've learned in hndstand 5 hug into midline and reach thru the feet when up and remember practice & all is coming #
