    hi,

i’m recovering from back surgery and have been released by my doctor to practice yoga at a rehab level. (i’m a complete beginner to yoga, btw). i’m wondering if you offer classes that take chronic injuries into account and where on your site i can find price lists for your classes. i’ve been out of work for 18 months due to my back, so i need to find a studio that is both reliable and affordable. any information you can give would be greatly appreciated. please feel free to contact me via email at any time. i look forward to hearing back from you.

    thanks!
    ellen
