    I don’t look here often, but I wanted to let you know that I do occasionally check your page.

    Physical Yoga wise, I have been thinking about my feet – about the part the play in a strong mtn pose, what my back foot is doing in warrior pose, and how engaging my foot (should) relieve stress on my knees in certain stretches. Actually, my right arch has been a little sore sometimes after practice, so I am forced to think about it.
